/The Challenge

The goal of redesigning a local shop with updated visuals that better represented its purpose saw me selecting a local shop called ReSide. This involved exploring the history and identity of modernist furniture and understanding their own personal vision to fit the brands goal.

/The Approach

To create the new identity, I surveyed the interior of the shop and the surrounding neighborhood. This helped me understand their style, what they were missing, and what changes could support their goals. I then shifted their muted color palette to a brighter and confident system that represented the personality the shop deserved. This then resulted in a friendly, and modern redesign that honored the shop's history while building a visual identity for the future.
